Do you have time and room in your life for a foster dog? .muttloverescue/foster.html ***************** Sweet Sissy was picked up as a stray in rural Virginia and came to Mutt Love with medical needs.  Sissy does need to have surgery to remove a growth and would really benefit from having a foster while she recuperates.  Sissy is about 10 years old and weighs 45 pounds.
