He is very food motivated, and once he knows you have treats, he is ready to stick by your side like Velcro. Carmello is looking for a calm and patient home where he can learn to trust people again. When he feels safe, he will come over for a tail wag and maybe even a kiss. He just needs time, love, and a few snacks to feel at home. A slow approach and a Milk Bone encouraged him to slip into his leash. Carmello was happiest outside in the fresh air and sunshine. Still a little shy and demure, he followed my lead smoothly, never pulling, just enjoying the walk. Carmello is also a love bug, enjoying be fussed over and receiving pets. Carmello has a slender build and soft, fluffy brindled fur, with a blue eye and a brown eye. He weighs around 35lbs - perfect size for any home modest or large.
