These sweet boy was brought into our shelter after a good samaritan reported him being dumped on the side of the road. Despite such a sad start to his life, Rowley hasn’t let that keep him down! He is full of life and love and is ready to share it with his new family. He may be a bit nervous in new situations, but he warms up SUPER fast and becomes the perfect, bubbly puppy we know him to be.
