Dog Breed: Chihuahua / Terrier / Mixed (short coat). Adoption Fee: 425. Ranger is a darling little 5 month old chihuahua mixed with dachshund or small terrier. He has the long boy and shorter legs than his brother Cowboy. He started off as a stray and quickly figured out the good things in a home life! This little 9 pound tiny love muffin wants to be by your side and your shadow. He is super well behaved and loves to snuggle in for belly rubs but a soft blanket is even better! This social babyman gets along with other dogs and adores children! He loves his toys and bones but getting attention from his people tops that paws down! He is potty trained and crate trained and now just needs a forever home to complete to life! They will be up to date vaccinations, altered when old enough, microchipped, on Heartworm and Flea/Tick Preventatives. Once an application is pre-approved (contingent upon a home check) we will contact applicants that are a good match and set up a time for a meet. All of our animals are spayed/neutered, examined by a vet, up-to-date on vaccinations, on heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, and microchipped. We adopt our animals as strictly inside companion pets. We will do a veterinarian reference check and a home safety check. We are located in Omaha, NE and we do not ship our animals. We are all volunteers so please be patient with us. Our requested adoption fees help go towards medical expenses, food, transportation, toys, and other supplies for our animals.
