Dog Breed: Labrador Retriever / Mixed. Hello! My name is Monkey, and I may just be the best family dog evah! If you have respectful animal loving kiddos, I'm your guy! I'm a young Labrador mix pup, about 9 months old, and right now I weigh about 45 pounds. I'll probably grown a bit more over the next few months too. I love other dogs and kids and I just might be the biggest lap dog too. I like to swim with my foster kids and I am super chill in the yard and I like to play with the other dogs here too. So if you have another dog, I'd like that, but its not a deal breaker, especially if you have kids! I am great on a leash, I'm house trained and I learned to swim with the kids too! I'm one of those really gentle loving dogs. I have been learning to like my crate but I'm not quite there yet. I do get a bit anxious if I'm left alone for awhile, but I'm getting better each day as I know my people will return! That said, I wouldn't be great home alone for full work days. I would probably do better with another dog, and did I mention kids? Yes! I love them! I am ready to find my forever home, and whoever adopts me is going to be really lucky! Oh, and I have the most gorgeous eyes! Underdogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations and preventatives. Adoption fee is $390. Monkey is being fostered in the Manzanita Oregon Coast area. You MUST have an Underdogs Rock Rescue application on file to request a meet with an Underdog. An online Underdogs Rock adoption application can only be accessed at underdogsrock/adopt-a-dog . You must be available to meet an Underdog in their foster's location and dogs are not held for applicants or shipped outside of the Portland metro area.
