Dog Breed: Husky / Mixed (long coat). Meet Dutch! She's a Husky mix who's nine months old and approx. 30 lbs as of July 9th. She's vaccinated and will be spayed and heartworm tested very soon. She was found stray and kept when an owner wasn't located, however there are allergies in the family that prevent the family from keeping her long term. She's now available for adoption. Dutch is a young husky mix with a sweet personality and playful energy. At just 9 months old, she is already house trained, and crate trained, making her an easy addition to the right home. She enjoys the company of other dogs and is friendly with kids, though she would likely do best with older children who can keep up with her enthusiasm. As a husky mix, Dutch is likely to be high energy and will thrive in an active home that understands her breed traits. She will need regular exercise, structure, and mental stimulation to be her happiest and healthiest self. Dutch is up to date on vaccinations and will be spayed and tested for heartworm before adoption.
