Dog Breed: Pug / Boxer / Mixed (medium coat). Meet Chica: A Spirited, Silly Sweetheart! Chica is a super cute, playful 2-year-old pug/boxer mix with a big personality and an even bigger heart. When she first arrived at the shelter, she was shy and scared, unsure of her surroundings. But thanks to a dedicated volunteer who has worked closely with her, Chica has blossomed into a confident, outgoing girl who's ready for her forever home! She entertains herself with joyful spins in her kennel and even does happy little twirls mid-walk; it's impossible not to smile when she's around. Chica sits politely for treats and is always eager to make friends with people. She's smart, affectionate, and always up for some fun. Chica will need to be the only dog in the home, as she prefers to have all the love and attention to herself. She's playful, loyal, and would thrive with a family who can continue building her confidence and keep her active and engaged. If you're looking for a one-of-a-kind pup who's equal parts goofy and loving, Chica is your girl! All animals are up-to-date on vaccinations (including rabies if over 4 months old), microchipped, and spayed or neutered. All dogs have been been vaccinated with DHPP and Bordatella (kennel cough) and heartworm tested negative (if over 6 months). All cats have been vaccinated with FVRCP and current on flea control.
