The moment a camera comes out, I transform into a shy, submissive, floppy noodle with absolutely zero photogenic qualities. But don’t let my tragic photo album fool you — when that lens isn’t pointed at me, I’m a whole different girl. I’m fun, playful, sweet, and basically the life of the dog party. I’m a 10-month-old, 39 lb Rhodesian Ridgeback mix — emphasis on mix, because other than the fancy little ridge down my back, I don’t look much like those sleek, majestic lion hunters. But who needs lions when you’ve got me — certified sweetheart, expert dog-friend, and connoisseur of belly rubs? My adoption fee is $110 and covers all the basics — spay, vaccines, vet exam, parasite testing — so I’ll be ready to roll when I leave this joint.
