Dog Breed: Terrier / Irish Terrier / Mixed (medium coat). Say hello to Sherbet! Sherbet is an approximately one-year-old, nine-pound Terrier mix with a super cool wire red coat. He is full of fun Terrier 'tude and personality! Sherbet came to Chi Town Rescue from a rescue in Mexico that we are affiliated with. We help them out from time to time when their rescue is over-full and their adoptions are slow. Sherbet originally came to rescue when his owner no longer wanted him because he was "impregnating all her female dogs"... the rescue neutered Sherbet and voila! problem solved. ;-) Sherbet has a lot of fun energy and is always happy to meet a new friend. He enjoys running and playing but also enjoys lap time and pets; the best of both worlds! Sherbet likes if you interact with him, but he can also go off on his own and explore or make his own fun. He enjoys toys and will fetch the ball and bring it back to you. Sherbet is full of Terrier curiosity and intelligence and would love a family that can keep up with his energy and smarts- could that family be yours?
