Description
Dog Breed: Chihuahua / Mixed (short coat). Max is 12 pounds of pure perfection. At 5 years old, his favorite place is on your lap or curled up next to you in bed. Max is fostered with big and small dogs. At first, he gave a quick defensive growl to the big ones — but five minutes later, he was playing like he’d known them forever. He’s a happy, easygoing little guy who loves everyone he meets. He’s house-trained, knows “sit” and “stay,” and is very food motivated. He takes treats gently and greets every new person like they’re already his best friend. Max was found as a stray and ended up in a high-kill shelter, but it’s obvious someone once loved him deeply — even if no one came to claim him. Now he’s ready for a second chance at the loving home he deserves.
