Name: Rosa Best Guess for Breed: Long coated Chihuahua mix Best Guess for Age: 2 years as of July 2025 SEX: Female Approximate Weight: 15.6 lbs Gets Along With: Rosa does well with other dogs and has lived with children. We haven't seen her with cats but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters! Currently Living at: Texas shelter foster home; needs a foster or forever home in the DC area to get on a freedom flight here! Rosa is Looking For: Her forever home! This small sweetie landed in the shelter through no fault of her own and is looking ahead to her new chapter. The one where she gets sniffy walks by her humans' side and all those wonderful adventures - she's a young girl and has so much to see and do! And most of all - the one where she is safe and loved and knows where she belongs. She has so much to give in return - adoring gazes and love and loyal companionship for all her days.
