Description
Dog Breed: Chow Chow / Mixed. At just 1 year old, Pebbles has already been through more than most dogs ever will. Born with a painful condition called entropion, where her eyelashes grow inward and scrape against her eyes, Pebbles has spent every day of her young life feeling like there’s sand in her eyes every time she blinks. But you’d never know it by her personality. Pebbles is pure love. She’s gentle, affectionate, and great with both male and female dogs. She adores older kids, rides like a champ in the car, and loves her squeaky toys (though watch out — she might try to eat them!). She’s crate trained, knows commands like “sit” and “drop it,” and her favorite place in the world is curled up on a couch or under the bed with a soft fleece blanket. Behind her wagging tail is a heart full of hope — and we’re making sure she gets the care she needs. Pebbles is scheduled for corrective surgery to fix her entropion so she can finally see the world without pain. Now, all she needs is a forever home to match her gentle heart. If you’ve been waiting for a kind, snuggly, resilient companion, Pebbles is your girl. She’s been through so much, and she’s more than ready to start her next chapter with a family who will love her as much as she loves them. You may find me on our website under "ADOPT
