Meet Dumplin – A Gentle Soul Looking for Her Safe Place Dumplin is a beautiful 2 year old 45lb mixed-breed mama who has been through more than most—found alone, separated from her puppies, and still learning to trust the world again. But despite her sad start, she’s one of the sweetest, most tender-hearted dogs you’ll ever meet. Timid but Loving: Dumplin can be timid at first and is still learning that the world can be kind. She’s looking for a patient family who understands that trust takes time—but once she warms up, her affection is as deep as her eyes. Couch Cuddler Extraordinaire: One of her favorite things? Curling up next to you on the couch and just being close. She doesn’t ask for much—just your quiet presence and a warm spot by your side. Dog-Friendly: Dumplin is currently fostered with 2 dogs. She enjoys the occasional tug-of-war and zoomies in the yard. She would do well in a home with a dog who can show her the ropes and help her feel secure. Cats are unknown. Separation Anxiety: Because of what she’s been through, Dumplin struggles with being left alone. She’ll need someone who is committed to helping her work through her separation anxiety with love, structure, and time. Dumplin has so much love to give—she just needs someone to show her she’s safe and that her forever family isn’t going anywhere. Fostered in Lehighton, PA and ready to meet you!
