A staff and volunteer favorite during his long shelter stay, Shu got his fresh start thanks to an amazingly supportive team of volunteers who couldn’t stop cheering him on. Now thriving in foster care, Shu is loving life and learning all about being a happy, well-loved dog. He’s treat- and toy-motivated, knows sit, lay down, and drop it, and will do just about anything for a good game of fetch—tennis balls are his ultimate favorite! Shu walks with a nice loose leash and has done well living in a busy area of DC with his foster.
