Shu is a playful, big-hearted 5-year-old pittie mix (around 70 lbs) who’s guaranteed to brighten your days. A staff and volunteer favorite during his long shelter stay, Shu got his fresh start thanks to an amazingly supportive team of volunteers who couldn’t stop cheering him on. Now thriving in foster care, Shu is loving life and learning all about being a happy, well-loved dog. He’s treat- and toy-motivated, knows sit, lay down, and drop it, and will do just about anything for a good game of fetch—tennis balls are his ultimate favorite! Shu enjoys the company of other dogs and currently lives with a calm senior pittie, matching her energy with gentle, respectful play. He’s also had fun, successful playdates with younger dogs.
