Dog Breed: Chihuahua / Terrier / Mixed. Dixie and her sister were found on the streets of NYC rain-soaked and dehydrated, barely alive. Both pups were dropped off at ACC when we got the call, within a few hours we had them with one of our bottle-feeding fosters where Dixie is thriving!! Dixie is estimated to have been just 3-4 weeks old on intake in early July.
