Dog Breed: Shih Tzu / Mixed. Hi! I'm Holly! I'm an approximately 3 year old, female, ShiTzu mix. I was brought to the shelter on 07/22/2025 after being removed from the Tom Thumb parking lot. I was on safekeeping after my arrival with hopes that my owners would pick me up. Sadly, my owners never came for me and I am now available for adoption. I am looking forward to my second chance and finding a loving family who will care for and nurture me! I am heartbroken by what I've been through but am optimistic. I am very friendly and am looking for a family who can teach me how to walk on a leash and help me learn house training and crate training. I am not used to being groomed but would benefit from a consistent grooming schedule. I have not been tested with other dogs so a meet and greet is encouraged if you have another pet in the home. Since I have received so much interested during my arrival, meet and greets will be by approved application only. My adoption fee is $125 and that includes my spay, microchip, rabies vaccination, basic boosters, and heartworm test. All animals, unless otherwise noted in their description, are at 1825 Airport Rd. in Rockwall, TX. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 5 pm. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.
