Dog Breed: English Pointer (medium coat). Blossum is a 5 year old, spayed, English Pointer. She is a very sweet girl but can be very shy. She is pretty anxious in new situations and isn’t fond of quick movements. She will win you over with her kind and gentle nature. She has really made huge improvements since she first came in, and is now going on full walks. She would do best in a home with someone that has experience with shy or nervous dogs. Her new people should be calm, patient and willing to put the time into helping her come out of her shell. She could likely be fine in a home with another dog as long as they respect her space. Blossum would do better in a home without young kids. She would benefit from being in a house over an apartment.
