Dog Breed: Havanese. Fostered in Anderson SC Meet Walter, a 9 1/2 year old beautiful Havenese who has lived his entire life on a puppy mill. Walter is sweet and gentle but still learning that not all humans are horrible. He’s extremely dog friendly and kind. Walter is healthy, neutered and UTD on vaccinations. He had a dental and 20 rotted teeth were removed making him feel immediately better in his mouth. He has learned the value of a dog bed and loves them!!! Walter is enjoying his life free and safe from any abuse. He will require someone who is patient and committed with his process of learning to trust people. He loves helping you in the kitchen and getting snacks so that goes a long way establishing that relationship! He will require a fenced yard and a dog friendly dog as a buddy. He is currently wearing a belly band inside while he hones his potty skills and will come with a supply. He does use a potty pad and will also go outside.
