Dog Breed: Chihuahua / Terrier / Mixed (short coat). Chewy may be small (4 lbs!), but she’s got a BIG personality! This spunky little pup is full of playful energy and charm. Whether she’s zooming around the yard or snuggling up after a long day of adventures, Chewy brings joy wherever she goes. She’s sweet as can be, loves other dogs, and is already doing great in her crate overnight. Potty training and leash skills are a work in progress, but she’s eager to learn and responds well to routine and positive reinforcement. Chewy loves playing with toys, chewing on bully sticks, and playing with the resident dogs in her foster home. She would do well in a fenced in yard or a companion to keep her company while she does her business. She would be trainable to a lightweight tie-out or an invisible fence. If you’re looking for a fun-loving companion with a spark of sass and a whole lot of heart, Chewy is your girl. She is the sweetest! Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue.
