Description
Dog Breed: Pit Bull Terrier (short coat). Volunteer Notes form Dog Day Out: Darwin A573597 was a fun, energetic boy on our Dog Day Out! Being the hyper pup he is, I was curious how the ride over to the park would go, but he settled himself in the backseat calmly and was a perfect passenger. At the park, Darwin loved romping through the field, splashing in the puddles, and exploring the palmetto bushes. We played fetch and practiced recalls with yummy treats and lots of praise for a job well done. Then it was time for a bath which wasn't his favorite thing to do but was a good sport about anyway. Bath time was followed by some good chew time on a frisbee and a neighborhood walk with a friend and his dog. Darwin was so interested in sniffing that he hardly paid any attention to the other dog. He's a great leash-walker and all-around adventuresome companion. Darwin's specialty is giving big hugs with lots of kisses so get ready for some special PDA from this awesome little dude!
