Description
Dog Breed: Unknown breed. 3yrs - 7mos. old house broken, walks on leash, is up to date with her shots but is not yet been spayed. I am not the original owner, I acquired the dog because the owner just had a baby and did not have time for the dog anymore. I took the dog to find her a new home but, I am having trouble finding her a new home. Nova, was raised as an only dog in the house. She gets along with my Beagle, but feeding her is a one dog at a time onlyin other words if your willing to adopt Nova and you have another dog feeding is and can be a little tough,I'm getting use to it and I have it under control. Nova, will be spayed on July 29, 2025. This I have decided cause of the fact that she has now become an unwanted dog so spaying is for the best. For more information about Nova feel free to contact me. Please help? **** Breed: American Bull Dog **** Pet Link: .nokillnetwork/adoption/pet_detail.php?petid=2185618&flag=1

Breed overview

Overview:
A mongrel, mutt, or mixed-breed dog, is a dog that is not the result of breeding within an existing breed or to modify or create a breed and belongs to no breed. In the United States, the term "mixed-breed" is a favored synonym over "mongrel" among many who wish to avoid negative connotations associated with the latter term. The implication that such dogs must be a mix of defined breeds may stem from an inverted understanding of the origins of dog breeds. Pure breeds have been, for the most part, artificially created from random-bred populations by human selective breeding with the purpose of enhancing desired physical, behavioral, or temperamental characteristics. Dogs that are not purebred are not necessarily a mix of such defined breeds. Therefore, among experts and fans of such dogs, "Mongrel" is still the preferred term.
