NOT YET TAKING APPLICATIONS – NOT YET AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION NEW INTAKE 7/22/2025: Woofty - male - approx DOB April 22, 2025 - 5.4 pounds - Dachshund mix Reason for intake: We were contacted by a rescue friend about this little dog. From what we were told, there was a Great Dane on the property that needed rescue asap. She found the Dane a rescue but the people also wanted to let this little guy go too so we were contacted. He's so cute. He looks like a cross between a Dachshund and German Shepherd but he's definitely going to be a small dog. He's heading to our vet the week of 7/28/2025. He'll need to go through two rounds of vaccinations before he can leave us. Stay tuned for when we start taking applications. NOT TAKING APPLICATIONS: Many dogs, particularly breeder, hoarder or senior dogs, can have multiple medical issues that need addressed. Additionally, sometimes we take in young puppies requiring multiple vaccinations and/or quarantining. In this particular case, we are not yet taking applications either due to age or possible illness or some other reason. We will post when s(he) is ready for adoption. In the interest of fairness, EARLY application submissions will NOT be considered. Please note… we cannot respond to messages/emails, etc., on dogs that are NOT yet available for adoption. Please wait until the dog is available for adoption.
