Dog Breed: Pit Bull Terrier (medium coat). Karma is a highly energetic young dog who loves to show off how well she has already learned how to sit! She is an outgoing goofball who enjoys chasing toys (but not actually fetching them) and loves yummy treats! When she gets some of her energy out she is also a first rate cuddle buddy, but when she's bored she can get destructive with her toys, so keeping her mentally engaged and physically active will be important parts of her routine. OTHER PETS: Karma has a lot of energy and likes to play in a rough & rowdy way with other dogs. She would likely get along with most other dogs that would be tolerant of a high energy puppy. [Likely (Must Meet First)] OWNER EXPERIENCE: [First Dog] KIDS: Karma is an outgoing dog who is comfortable with handling, but can still be very wiggly. Her best fit would be with humans who are comfortable being occaionally used as parkour equipment. [10+ (Must Meet First)] ACTIVITY LEVEL: Karma has a lot of energy, and she will probably maintain most of it as she ages. A combination of multiple brief walks, engagement in positive reinforcement training, mental enrichment, and supervised playtime will help ensure she uses her muscles and her brain. Specialized, positive reinforcement training may help her to participate in more advanced activities like dog sports (with vet approval) as well as being an adventure companion.
