Dog Breed: Corgi / Rottweiler / Mixed (short coat). Adoption Fee: $450.00. Vynnie joins our rescue from Alabama where he and his companion found themselves needing to be rehomed as their owner had passed away :(. The neighbor took them in temporarily, but couldn't keep, and, here they are. Vynnie is around 4 years old and weighs 38 lbs. His breeds are a mystery, but based on looks and build, our best guess is corgi and rottweiler. We really aren't sure...lol. What we do know about Vynnie is that he loves walks and car rides! He enjoys snuggling and burying his head into you. His foster home consists of other dogs in which he is fine with all of them. He is both house and crate trained and walks well on a leash.Aas for other commands, he doesn't know them...at least not yet! However, he does come when called and takes treats very nicely. We do not know how Vynnie is with cats or children, however, can test him out if needed. Unfortunately, Vynnie did come to us being heartworm positive. We are working with our vet for his treatment (which we just started), but if anyone local would want to adopt or foster to adopt, we are open to it.
