Dog Breed: Chihuahua / Dachshund / Mixed (short coat). Meet JohnnyBell! This sweet senior needs a soft place to land. J.B., as he is affectionately known, came to WAG after being attacked by a larger dog and abandoned at the vet clinic. As a result of the attack, he had his left eye removed. He is adjusting well to his monocular vision and is friendly with people. At the time of his eye surgery, he also underwent a dental, was neutered, and brought up to date on vaccinations. JohnnyBell's ideal home will include someone that can spend lots of time with him, a slow pace to life, and provide him with comfort and love. He would do best in a home without children. He's a pretty laid-back guy and not likely to go for a run, but a fenced yard would help keep him safe.
