NOT YET TAKING APPLICATIONS – NOT YET AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION NEW INTAKE 8/1/2025: Deja - female - Born Nov 2020 - 11.4 pounds - Shih Tzu/Maltese/ Poodle mix Reason for intake: Deja is an owner-surrender. We were contacted by her owner that due to progressively worsening asthma, her doctor advised she needed to rehome her dog. It was a very difficult decision so please no negative comments. We were told a lot about her and we will give that information when we post her for adoption. She was scared when she first came in but she has warmed up to us now. Deja is heading to the vet the week of 8/4/2025 for spaying and everything else she needs so stay tuned! NOT TAKING APPLICATIONS: Many dogs, particularly breeder, hoarder or senior dogs, can have multiple medical issues that need addressed. Additionally, sometimes we take in young puppies requiring multiple vaccinations and/or quarantining. In this particular case, we are not yet taking applications either due to age or possible illness or some other reason. We will post when s(he) is ready for adoption. In the interest of fairness, EARLY application submissions will NOT be considered. Please note… we cannot respond to messages/emails, etc., on dogs that are NOT yet available for adoption.
