Description
Dog Breed: Cane Corso Mastiff. Meet Mabel – The Mellow Cuddlebug Mabel is a darling Cane Corso puppy with the softest soul and the sweetest temperament. This little girl is perfectly balanced — not too shy, not too bold — just an easygoing pup who loves to cuddle and soak up affection. She’s mellow for her age and would rather snuggle up with a toy or her people than get into mischief. Mabel is great with other dogs and will thrive in a home with canine companionship. Kids? She loves them! We believe she would do well in a home where children are kind and respectful. Given her breed, Corso experience is preferred — she’s a baby now, but she’ll grow into a strong, loyal companion who will benefit from confident leadership and continued structure. If you’re looking for a loving, gentle puppy who melts into your arms and brings calm energy to your home, Mabel is your girl. Dogs are a must. Kids are a bonus. Breed experience preferred. Breed overview

Overview:
A mongrel, mutt, or mixed-breed dog, is a dog that is not the result of breeding within an existing breed or to modify or create a breed and belongs to no breed. In the United States, the term "mixed-breed" is a favored synonym over "mongrel" among many who wish to avoid negative connotations associated with the latter term. The implication that such dogs must be a mix of defined breeds may stem from an inverted understanding of the origins of dog breeds. Pure breeds have been, for the most part, artificially created from random-bred populations by human selective breeding with the purpose of enhancing desired physical, behavioral, or temperamental characteristics. Dogs that are not purebred are not necessarily a mix of such defined breeds. Therefore, among experts and fans of such dogs, "Mongrel" is still the preferred term.
