He's been passed around through a couple of homes now. Pluto needs stability, consistency, and routine. Can you provide this? He’s a working dog, strong willed but smart and eager to please. Pluto was surrendered when his owners were moving and couldn't bring him along. He is said to be good with kids once he's comfortable. We do not know how he is with other dogs.
