Dog Breed: Havanese / Shih Tzu / Mixed (long coat). KENNEL ID #18804 Spencer is a sweet 9-year-old Havashu who found himself without a home after his elderly owner passed away. He’s super gentle, loves attention, and does great with both dogs and cats. He still needs to be neutered and really needs a dental, but before surgery he’ll need X-rays and bloodwork because of a class 5 heart murmur. We’re asking for your help.
