Dog Breed: Bearded Collie / Terrier / Mixed (short coat). FINCH HAS NOT COMPLETED HIS VETTING AND WILL NOT BE NEUTERED UNTIL SEPTEMPER 25. APPLICATIONS ARE ONLY BEING ACCEPTED FROM WITHIN A 30 MINUTE RADIUS OF DES MOINES UNTIL AFTER HE HAS BEEN NEUTERED. Finch is a male, approximate 8 lbs., Bearded Collie mix puppy born in our rescue on June 2, 2025. He is 10 weeks old on August 11. Finch is a sweet little boy that loves playing with other dogs and toys. Finch is the cutest, scruffy, little boy! He is playful and so very sweet. He is still young so needs to work on house training and kennel training. His momma is 35 lbs., and we don't know who daddy is, but we expect Finch to be a medium sized dog full grown, likely under 45 lbs. Finch will do well with dogs, cats, and kids with supervised introductions, training, and experience.
