Description
Dog Breed: Poodle (unknown type) / Mixed (medium coat). Adoption Fee: $350.00. Meet Champagne our 3-Month-Old Doodle Sweetheart! This fluffy little ray of sunshine is the total package—sweet, playful, and ready to steal your heart. She adores people, loves to snuggle, and enjoys making new dog friends. In fact, she’d be thrilled to have a doggie sibling to romp and play with in her forever home. She’s still learning her potty manners (hey, she’s only 3 months!), but she’s already sleeping like a champ in her crate at night. Her days are filled with tail wags, zoomies, and curious nose-sniffing adventures. She’ll grow to be around 50 lbs when full grown—plenty of fluff to hug! She’s dreaming of an active family who will take her exploring, teach her new tricks, and make sure her life is filled with love, fun, and maybe even a few squeaky toys. In return, she promises unconditional loyalty, endless kisses, and a lifetime of making you smile. If you’ve been waiting for a sign to adopt your new best friend—this is it! Breed overview

Overview:
A mongrel, mutt, or mixed-breed dog, is a dog that is not the result of breeding within an existing breed or to modify or create a breed and belongs to no breed. In the United States, the term "mixed-breed" is a favored synonym over "mongrel" among many who wish to avoid negative connotations associated with the latter term. The implication that such dogs must be a mix of defined breeds may stem from an inverted understanding of the origins of dog breeds. Pure breeds have been, for the most part, artificially created from random-bred populations by human selective breeding with the purpose of enhancing desired physical, behavioral, or temperamental characteristics. Dogs that are not purebred are not necessarily a mix of such defined breeds. Therefore, among experts and fans of such dogs, "Mongrel" is still the preferred term.
