Dog Breed: Chihuahua / Mixed. Adoption Fee: 300. Meet Franklin! Franklin came to us from an upstate shelter as a stray that no one claimed. He is the sweetest, quietest boy. His foster mom doesn't even know he is there at times. He mostly likes to lounge in the dog bed. He is about 3 years old and 14 lbs. He is neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines and prevention. He is heartworm positive but currently being treated with Advantage Multi. His adoption fee is $250.
