Dog Breed: Great Pyrenees / Mixed (medium coat). Odin is a truly a magnificent boy who is looking for a new home. He is with our rescue partner in Louisiana. We do offer a foster-to-adopt trial for approved adopters. Odin is a 71 pound, 6 year old stunning Great Pyrenees pup. With his striking white coat and gentle eyes, Odin turns heads wherever he goes- but it's his sweet personality that will win your heart. Odin is the total package, he's well mannered and easy to love, loves car rides and will fight you for the front seat and is dog and kid friendly. This loving boy is calm, affectionate and loves being a part of the action. Don't miss the chance to bring this gentle giant into your heart and home. Odin is fixed, microchipped and up to date on vaccines. He is currently undergoing treatment for heartworm. He can come to NJ in August if we find a foster or adopter to help him through his treatment (2 visits to our vet and 4 weeks of rest) or he can come in October after treatment is completed. His adoption fee is $450. Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption.
