Dog Breed: Pit Bull Terrier / Mixed (short coat). Look at this sweetheart! Glizzy is beautiful chocolate brown petite pittie who is looking for a new home. She is with our rescue partner in Louisiana. We do offer a foster-to-adopt trial for approved adopters. Glizzy has a heart full of love. At 3 years old and 27 pounds, she's dog and kid friendly making her the perfect addition to any home. Glizzy is house trained and will alert you when she has to go out. She is calm yet playful, she's a small girl with a big heart who loves to cuddle and be by your side, Sweet, happy and loving, Glizzy is the perfect companion! Glizzy is fixed, microchipped and up to date on vaccines. She is currently undergoing treatment for heartworm. She can come to NJ in August if we find a foster or adopter to help her through his treatment (2 visits to our vet and 4 weeks of rest) or she can come in October after treatment is completed. Her adoption fee is $450. Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption.
