Dog Breed: Rat Terrier / Mixed (short coat). Jill is a beautiful girl who is looking for a new home. Jill is currently with one of our sister rescues in Louisiana but hoping to come to NJ soon. We do offer a foster-to-adopt trial to approved adopters. Jill was surrendered with her brother Jack from a "breeder". They are both very socialized but some things are still new. Jill is Miss assertive! She bosses her brother and is confident and at time defiant, she is a feisty one. She loves to be a lap dog and has energy to burn! Jill is a smart puppy and would be easy to train as she's very treat motivated. Jill is working on her housebreaking and leash skills. Jill has been waiting her whole life for a family and we hope it's her forever family. Jill is fixed, microchipped and she is up to date on rabies, DHPP and Bordetella vaccines. She tested negative for heartworm. Her adoption fee is $550. Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption.
