Description

Dog Breed: Pointer / Hound / Mixed (short coat). Violet is a striking, 45 pound pit-pointer-hound mix. She is a beautiful girl with the most soulful eyes. Violet loves to prance around the yard—she knows she’s gorgeous. Violet is a sweet and wonderful dog, but is dog selective when it comes to getting along with others. Boy, does she love people, though, and is ready for a fresh start with you. Violet will be spayed prior to adoption. Violet is currently at the Shelter. Here is the adoption process: To adopt an animal you must complete an application and be approved. There is a $60 fee for any animal which needs to be cash or a check - NO CREDIT CARDS. If the animal is not spayed or neutered, there is a $35 deposit which will be returned upon proof of surgery. All dogs must be licensed before leaving the Shelter. Please note that public offices that issue dog licenses are not open on Saturdays and Sundays. All cats must leave in a carrier. Thank you for considering a homeless animal.
