Pitbull/Lab Mix | Sweet senior looking for a cozy couch Meet Noni, a gentle senior girl with a heart full of love and a calm spirit that makes her the perfect companion. At around 76 pounds, this sweet Pitbull/Lab mix has left her playful puppy days behind and now enjoys the simpler things in life—short strolls, cozy naps, and plenty of affection. Noni is fully house trained and signals politely when she needs to go outside. She does well on leash, though her arthritis makes long walks a bit tough, so short and leisurely outings are her speed. When left alone, she’s an absolute angel—no crate required—and she gets along wonderfully with other dogs. She has also had positive experiences with cats, though she tends to just avoid them. This easygoing girl knows a few basic commands like sit, no, and leave it, and she’s motivated by both food and love. While she’s not interested in toys, she’ll happily accept soft treats and all the head scratches you’re willing to give. Noni has the sweetest way of resting her head on you, and she’ll even do a little “dance” when she’s happy. Her ideal home would be a calm environment without stairs, possibly with another laid-back male dog to keep her company. If both you and the foster agree that the dog is a good fit then a meet and greet is scheduled. We require applicants' dogs to meet ours to ensure they get along. We'll ask you to read and sign our adoption agreement and pay the adoption fee to complete the adoption when it comes time. Our adoption fees help cover the costs of saving more lives! A home visit will be scheduled within one week of your new pet going home with you. The adoption fee for this pet is $100. Our adoption fee covers the following: Spay/neuter Microchip DAPP vaccinations as age-appropriate for the dog. Rabies vaccinations as age-appropriate for the dog.
