Description

Dog Breed: Cavalier King Charles Spaniel / Poodle (Miniature) (medium coat). Wylie has quickly become a favorite at our house! He has the sweetest temperament and is melting hearts all around the neighborhood. This little cavapoo has been passed from child to child as they lined up to hold him at the neighborhood picnic. He then happily trotted around greeting and giving snuggles to everyone he could. He loves cuddling up in our laps but also loves to follow the large male resident dog around and be his little shadow. (no exposure to cats yet) He is doing well with his housetraining and seems to understand it is time when we go outside to the yard. No exposure to leash walking yet but he does like to follow us around the cul de sac when we go out to get the mail. Wylie seems to love all dogs and people and approaches both with his little tail constantly wagging. He has done great in the kennel overnight. He hasn’t been a barker at all yet, will just whine a little when he is ready to get out of the kennel. We have not been on any longer car rides yet but on short rides he has been calm and curls up to fall asleep. He does like to play with toys and hunts for Crocs (and other shoes) by our front door! Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $950.00
