Bolt is a handsome ~4 month old greyhound-saluki mix with the softest eyes, the longest tail, the shiniest fur, and a white lightning bolt on his chest. The runt of the litter, Bolt is a world-class snuggler and loves nothing more than to cuddle up with you and watch a show or take a nap. He is a mellow guy with just a touch of puppy mischievousness. He gets along well with other dogs once he establishes that they’re friendly, and he absolutely adores cats. He loves soft toys he can shake around and he loves to carry around a nice rock he finds outside. He’s good at entertaining himself. He may not always have the hang of using those long long limbs and that long long snoot yet, but that never stops him! Bolt gets the fastest zoomies in the west, is food motivated and clever, and has a gentle soul and a huge heart. Once submitted, your application will be reviewed by our adoption team which typically takes 7+ days. Keep in mind, the animal you’re interested in when applying may be adopted and no longer available by the time your application is approved. We do not place animals on hold. Pending approval, your application is valid for 6 months. Also pending approval, you will receive contact information, so that you may inquire about the personalities of specific animals. Adoptions for individual animals will occur by private adoption appointment. Because we are 100% foster-based, appointments are scheduled pending staff, foster home, and vetting schedules. Should you want to proceed with the adoption, a brief appointment will occur at our adoption center to sign adoption paperwork, receive medical records, and pay the adoption fee. **Dog/Puppy applications - Because of the large volume of dog/puppy applications we are receiving these applications may take longer to process, please be patient.
