COPPER - BEAGLE (SHORT COAT) DOG FOR ADOPTION

Dog Breed: Beagle (short coat). Don't forget!! We are currently open by appointment only. This is to control the traffic in the building at one time. If you would like to look at the cats/dogs for adoption, or if you need to relinquish or to do any other business, please message our FB page or call us at 304-267-8389 to schedule an appointment. If you see a specific pet for adoption on our FB page we can always set up a specific meet and greet for that as well. This adorable Beagle boy is Copper. He is 4 years old and is a little guy. We tested him for Lyme Disease and heartworm today. Good news! He is negative for heartworm but, sad to say, he is positive for Lyme. He has started treated for that and will need to continue his treatment after adoption. Copper loves kids but is fearful of other dogs and will chase cats. Copper is afraid of thunder storms. He does well on car rides. Adoption fee... $175, cash or credit card, includes neuter, microchip and first shots. Mon.-Sat. 10-4 We understand not everyone can adopt a pet. Some homes are full, some homes do not allow certain pets and some have lifestyles that can't handle a pet right now. You can still help. Sharing pictures on FB, volunteering, or just coming in and sponsoring part of the adoption fee for when the pet is adopted. This helps a lot. No amount is too small to donate towards the adoption fee. If you would like to help sponsor, speak to one of the staff. Especially the cats and kittens need help (since we usually have so many!)
