Dog Breed: Poodle (unknown type) / Terrier / Mixed. Eoin (pronounced-Owen) is a sweet, lovable, and vocal little guy. He has found his awoooh and not afraid to use it! Eoin was originally dumped on a country road with his siblings. They were thankfully all rescued by a local police officer and were able to be placed into surrounding rescues. Eoin is absolutely perfect in his crate all night, he adores kids, and is eager to play and interact with other dogs. He is also sweet and gentle with cats. A mongrel, mutt, or mixed-breed dog, is a dog that is not the result of breeding within an existing breed or to modify or create a breed and belongs to no breed. In the United States, the term "mixed-breed" is a favored synonym over "mongrel" among many who wish to avoid negative connotations associated with the latter term. The implication that such dogs must be a mix of defined breeds may stem from an inverted understanding of the origins of dog breeds.
