NOT YET TAKING APPLICATIONS – NOT YET AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION NEW INTAKE 8/14/2025: Whittle Thister - female - approx 3 years old - 10.6 pounds - Shih Tzu Reason for intake: Whittle Thister came in from animal control. Poor girl... her nails were about an inch long and one of her dewclaws had actually grown into her paw pad. She's heading to our vet the week of 8/18/2025 for spaying and everything else she needs. Stay tuned. NOT TAKING APPLICATIONS: Many dogs, particularly breeder, hoarder or senior dogs, can have multiple medical issues that need addressed. Additionally, sometimes we take in young puppies requiring multiple vaccinations and/or quarantining. In this particular case, we are not yet taking applications either due to age or possible illness or some other reason. We will post when s(he) is ready for adoption. In the interest of fairness, EARLY application submissions will NOT be considered. Please note… we cannot respond to messages/emails, etc., on dogs that are NOT yet available for adoption.
