Dog Breed: Cavalier King Charles Spaniel / Bichon Frise / Mixed. Beatrice is an adorable 5½-year-old Cavachon (Cavalier King Charles Spaniel / Bichon) and weighs just 12 lbs. She’s ready to find her forever home! With a friendly and affectionate nature, Beatrice loves spending time with people—whether it's playing with her favorite toys or curling up for a good snuggle. She is crate trained, mostly housetrained, and gets along well with everyone she meets, including men, women, and other dogs. She is a good car rider, harnessed and seatbelted in for safety, of course. If you're looking for a loving companion who will bring joy and warmth into your life, Beatrice might be the perfect fit! WE REQUIRE AN ALL-ADULT HOME WITH A SECURELY FENCED YARD. The secure fence must be at least 4 feet or higher with gaps no larger than 2 inches and attached to the home. An invisible fence, enclosed patio or terrace without grass, temporary fencing, dog pens or dog lots or community shared fencing (dog park) are NOT considered secure fencing. If your fencing has "puppy pickets" (or is supplemented with garden fencing), it needs to be at least 36 inches high from the ground up AT THE LOWEST POINT. No exceptions. We are an all-volunteer organization, and in addition to saving dogs, we have other responsibilities, so we appreciate your patience and understanding during this process. Response time can take up to 5 business days. Please inquire only if you are willing to come to Greensboro, NC to meet the dog after we schedule your home visit.
