He is a big teddy bear. Tuffy needs to loose weight and appears to be blind but he super sweet and gets along great with my pugs. Once vetted he will be ready for adoption. Neutered, microchipped up to date on routine shots, will be tested for heartworms. Tuffy is fostered in Virginia Beach, VA he adoption fee is $200.00.
