Dog Breed: Labrador Retriever / Mixed (short coat). Sally is a beautiful black lab mix who is now in a loving NJ foster home. Meet Sally! This sweet girl showed up as a stray at a family's home in Louisiana and how no one came to claim her will always be a mystery. Luckily the family reached out to our partner rescue for help get her vetting done and finding her a forever home. They have taken great care of Sally! Sally is the total package. She's friendly, affectionate, and loves everyone she meets-people, kids and other dogs alike. This smart girl is house-trained, knows "sit" and "down", she doesn't jump, and she enjoys car rides (especially with the windows down!) She's even a golf cart co-pilot when given the chance. Looking for a fun, active dog? Sally is your girl. Walks/runs/hikes/beach time/fetch- Sally is here for all of it. She's the perfect blend of playful and calm, She will happily cuddle with you on the couch and soak up all the belly rubs. She truly will make a wonderful addition to any family. Sally is fixed, up to date on vaccines and tested negative for heartworm. She recently completed treatment for heartworm. Her adoption fee is $450. Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption.
