Meet Rusty, a 5 month-old Chihuahua mix with a friendly and playful spirit. Rusty weighs just 5 lbs, is neutered, and is up to date on age-appropriate vaccines. He’s doing an amazing job with both crate training and housebreaking—he may voice his opinion about crate time during the day, but he’s a pro sleeper at night! He's also been working hard on his leash training and like most puppies, will need some more work in this area as he grows. This lovable little guy adores other dogs and plays wonderfully with his foster’s small pup. He hasn't been tested with cats yet, but at his young age, he’s very trainable and likely to learn how to coexist peacefully with feline friends. He's also spent time with children and enjoyed their attention and energy. Rusty is friendly, affectionate, and playful. He loves being near his people and is always up for some fun or cuddle time.
