Yes, Arlo requires a physically fenced yard with fencing 4 feet or taller. What kind of home would be best for me? Arlo doesn’t require another dog in the home, but as a playful, active young pup, he’d be over the moon to have a doggy sibling to wrestle, run, and explore with. If that’s not possible, regular playdates or even a few days at doggy daycare each week would make his tail wag just as much. Arlo would even love some kiddos to play around with as well! Meet Arlo – Your Adventure Buddy in the Making! Arlo is an outgoing, adventurous 8-month-old black Standard Poodle puppy who is ready to take on the world with a family of his very own! This handsome boy is full of life, love, and curiosity. He adores people, welcomes every dog he meets, and believes playtime is the best time. Give him a big open field, and he’s in his happy place—running, romping, and soaking in every bit of joy. Like any young pup, Arlo is still learning the ropes of life as a beloved house pet. Potty training, basic manners, and leash skills are all works in progress, but he’s incredibly smart and eager to please, making him a quick learner. Leashes are still a new concept, but he’s catching on fast and growing more confident with every walk. Arlo is ready for a home that matches his zest for life—one filled with fun, play, and all the love he deserves. How do I act when I first meet new people? In brand-new environments, Arlo can be just a little nervous at first—but don’t worry, he bounces back quickly once he realizes everything is safe and fun. His adventurous spirit and happy-go-lucky nature always win out. Other tips and tidbits: Arlo's birthday is 11/29/2024. House trained? Dogs can be house trained if they are in the right environment and are allowed to follow a schedule as long as a physical reason doesn't keep them from being trained. A dog house trained in my home may not be in yours. We will help you teach your new dog this necessary skill and based on your schedule. Please note - we do not ship dogs.
