Dog Breed: Labrador Retriever / Mixed (short coat). Brenda is new to the shelter, and we are still learning what she's all about. She is estimated to be around 3 years old, and still has lots of happy puppy energy! It doesn't seem like she's had much training but is smart and eager to learn! She knows her basics, and is potty trained (doesn’t go in her kennel) She has quite the deep bark in comparison to her little short body! She is a sweetheart and a half, has great body language with other dogs, showing no signs of reactivity. (Shes been introduced to a couple of dogs, and has done well!) She likes to play fetch, but is particular about what toys she brings back to you. Tennis balls are her favorite, or the plush toys so she can tear them to shreds! And of course. What dog doesn’t like squeaky toys?! If you would like to meet me, please visit our website and complete the pre-adoption application. Once it has been processed then we can make a date to get together! All dogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm tested (if over 2 years old), vaccinated, dewormed, flea and tick treated, microchipped and more before adoption. Our adoption policies include: Application, Vet Reference, Landlord approval & Criminal Background Check. We do not do same day adoptions. We request that you call for an appointment after your application has been approved to come and visit the dog of your choice.
