Dog Breed: Pug / Terrier / Mixed. Meet Vegas! Vegas is an approximately 1 year old, male, Pug mix who weighs approximately 15 to 20lbs. He was found with his big buddy off Wyndemere and Kestrel Court in Heath on 08/22/2025. Sadly, no owners came forward and he is looking forward to his furr ever home. He is a very smart boy who is ready to take on any adventure! He likes his dog friends in all shapes and sizes. Vegas was originally brought in with a Great Pyr and they turned out to be the best of friends. If you have another dog in the home, a meet and greet is encouraged to make sure they get along. Vegas' adoption fee is $125 and that includes his neuter, microchip, rabies vaccination, basic boosters, and heartworm test. Due to popularity, meet and greets will be by approved application only. All animals, unless otherwise noted in their description, are at 1825 Airport Rd. in Rockwall, TX. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 5 pm. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.
