Dog Breed: American Pit Bull Terrier / Mixed (short coat). Adoption Fee: 275. Oreo McFlurry didn’t have the best start in life. He was kept alone in someone’s yard / garage for many weeks. He is about 5 months old and due to this lack of exposure he can be shy meeting new people. Now on the plus side, he's been Rescued! He is being fostered with other dogs, bearded men, being taken to dog friendly bars and adoption events. It’s all still very new and can be scary for Oreo McFlurry but once he settles in he is the sweet treat of the summer! Oreo McFlurry has worked hard to be a good boy! He knows how to sit, down, rollover (kinda a work in progress) and shake. He is mostly potty trained (sometimes foster mom just isn’t fast enough to open the door) and he sleeps through the night in his crate like the Oreo dough ball he is. Put an application in for your own special boy! All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.
